Can I work in more than one store?
We do allow team members to work at multiple stores with approval from their District Manager.

Can I grow with MAPCO?
MAPCO is always seeking team members with management skills. Showing initiative and desire to your store manager and DM is always your first step.

What employee discounts do I get?
We offer an employee beverage program as well as occasional sales incentive to cashiers.

How old do I have to be to work for MAPCO?
21 years old, and some food service locations allow 18 year old employment.

Will I have to work weekends and holidays?
Yes. MAPCO stores are open 18 to 24 hours a day, and that means that most team members will work weekends. Store team members will work holidays unless the holiday falls on their normally scheduled day off. All team members receive an additional pay for hours worked on Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, New Years Day and Independence Day.

How often do we get paid?
Hourly store team members are paid weekly, everyone else is paid every other week.

Will I have to work a lot of overtime?
We understand that our employees need time away from work and we try not to schedule overtime. Due to business needs, overtime is sometimes necessary.

Will I have to relocate?
Keep in mind that we have more than 500 stores in 5 divisions and 8 states, so our opportunities expand throughout the Southeast. Certain positions are area specific which means they are only available in certain divisions. Relocation is not mandatory, however, career advancement usually comes quicker to team members who are open to relocation.
